1) Audience Builder:
The audience builder tab gives you access to demographics and firmographics to build your audience profile. As you make and change your selections, you get a real-time count. The availability of certain fields may be subject to your subscription type.
Selection tabs are made up of 5 key areas:
- Geography (e.g. country, Postal code, County/State etc.)
- Company Selections (e.g. Employee size, Turnover, Has Phone, CTPS screening, Website, Social Links etc. )
- Industry (Selection and keyword search for Industry categories)
- Contact Selections (e.g. Department, Job Function, Seniority, Has Email, Social Links etc.)
- Search (Upload files for searching and suppressions – Company Name, Email/Email Hash, Phone, Web Domain and URNs)
Simply tick the box for what you want to include in the selection, and the real-time count will show at the top of the selection screen.
There are 3 click actions with the selection boxes. Click once to include in your selections, click again to exclude from your selections, or click again to de-select entirely.
2) Contacts vs Company Counts:
OSCAR 4 makes it easy to laser-target types of companies and contacts, enabling you to take an ABM approach on the company level or target decision-makers and influencers on the contact level with departments, functions, seniority and more. Even if you’re taking a company-level view of your targeting, you can still include/exclude contact-level selections but the stats you see will be on the number of companies that fit the criteria.
By default, when you start a new selection on OSCAR 4 you start with “Contact Counts“. If you want to switch to company counts, simply click the “Switch to Companies Count” link.
3) Limit the number of contacts per site for your selection:
To set the maximum number of contacts selected from each company available, simply click the “All Contacts” button. This activates a slider for you to set the desired contact limit (up to 25 contacts). OSCAR 4 will then select contacts randomly based on your audience profile.
To reset and include all contacts again, simply drag the slider all the way to the left.
4) Review selections, view sample data and generate reports:
